Support has yet to grant Greymoor access - Delivery of Physical Collectors Edition delayed.

The title explains the issue. I've sent in a support ticket about a week ago, and I've still yet to receive access to Greymoor. I've provided proof of purchase from the EU Bethesda gear store.

For anyone with a ticket requesting Greymoor access due to your Physical Collectors Edition being late, please check your account when the servers are up to see if you now have access to Greymoor.

I'm ingame now, and while I received an email from support stating that I should now have access to Greymoor content, it won't let me travel to Western Skyrim.

We are currently looking into this issue with some players not being able to access Skyrim.

same issue. i sent in receipt multiple times this week for collectors edition i bought from their very own website for 150 some dollars 3 months ago ..still won't show on my account.

An update has been posted here. The entitlement Greymoor Chapter grant for players who have not yet received their physical collector's edition was delayed. This entitlement should be going out in the next one to two hours.
