Are Odra runes rarer than the rest?

I've had a writ for about three weeks now that requires a glyph using Odra, and I haven't had a single one drop. I've found dozens of every other type, and even a bunch of the epic and legendary quality runes, but no Odra to be found anywhere.

Aisleyne✭✭✭✭✭Odra is a potency rune. You can purchase them from the Enchanter npcs near the crafting tables.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Odra can be bought from enchanter NPC's for practically nothing. It's possible your level and enchant level are such that farming them yourself may no longer be possible.0 -
