Are Odra runes rarer than the rest?

I've had a writ for about three weeks now that requires a glyph using Odra, and I haven't had a single one drop. I've found dozens of every other type, and even a bunch of the epic and legendary quality runes, but no Odra to be found anywhere.

Odra is a potency rune. You can purchase them from the Enchanter npcs near the crafting tables.

Odra can be bought from enchanter NPC's for practically nothing. It's possible your level and enchant level are such that farming them yourself may no longer be possible.

All potency runes can be purchased directly from any Enchanter NPC. Don't go hunting!
