This has already had multiple posts and I hate to beat a dead horse but please do not go live with these changes to take siphon off the global cooldown. This is by far the most unreliable skill in the game and now you’re making it unusable by doing so, even when I’m parsing being stationary it randomly bugs out and turns your character sideways, not to mention trying to get this to work in pvp. I know it’s very unlikely they’ll even recognize this but I can’t take another patch of having the newest class released be an unplayable buggy mess.
