Heya! I've had a somewhat peculiar problem for the past few months. My account simply refuses to draw money from my credit card. I got a new card in december and since then I have to renew my eso plus membership manually every month. Last month I even cancelled my membership and added my new card, but this month my card was declined again. So I renewed my membership manually, and it worked. Why is this happening? And can I do anything about it?

    If you are having an issue with the payment going through, we recommend logging into your account and verify that the payment details are fully up-to-date and correct.

    If these details are correct and/or updated, but the issue with the payment remains, you should contact your bank or card provider to find out why the transaction might have been declined.

    You can also contact support through our help portal if you need to submit a support ticket.

    I am still having issues. I still have to renew my membership manually as my card is being declined. I believe that your system believes I am still using the old card(which expired in december). I've tried cancellling my membership and renewing it, but I still have to renew my membership manually.

    And no, it's not my bank. I am also a Fallout 1st member and my membership renews automatically withou any problems. So it's you.
