Returning player needs help with logging into account

Hi, i´m coming back to the game after a few years but cant login. I couldnt remember my password so i made a new 1, but even then it keeps saying incorrect userID or password. Rechecked my userID and tried another password reset to no avail, so i submitted a ticket but it doesnt show on my Bethesda support page so i dont even have a ticket to refer to. Please help and thanks in advance.

Hi @Coolbits, we can confirm that we've received your tickets, numbers 200520-005802 and 200520-007752 for future reference. One of those tickets will likely be closed as a duplicate. A support agent will reach out as soon as possible by email.

Please be aware that we are experiencing high contact volumes and therefore wait times may be longer.

Thanks for the quick reply. I received an email from support with a link to reset my password but didnt work like the other 3 or 4 times i tried before, still saying "Incorrect UserID or password. Please try again.", rechecked my userID and everything is supposed to be ok. I still cant see my tickets in the Bethesda page.
