What chapter versions to choose for purchase

Hello, I'm a new player who has the base game, and I'm thinking about upgrading to Greymoor, but if I do, then I want Elsweyr, Summerset and everything else too in the same go.None of the greymoor upgrades include them all without also including the base game as well, however. I am aware that DLC's will be available if I start an ESO+ sub, but I'm just curious about the items that require purchase.

What would be the smartest way to go about this?

I'm sure that's the one I'm going to end up with, but I was mainly wondering if there is an option that doesn't include the base game since I already have that.

If I buy the digital standard edt, will Steam treat it as just an upgrade, or can there arise some kind of trouble since I have a copy?

Not at this time, @rumaineb16_ESO.

There is the possibility after Greymoor launches (when Elsweyr becomes a DLC) ... but no guarantees.

I would get the digital standard edition if you want to be ready for Greymoor when it drops.
