I’m kinda confused which I need to buy, I have the base game of the game.

So do I buy the full digital greymoor

Or does the digital upgrade version also contain summerset, morowind also?

The Digital Upgrade comes with the Greymoor chapter on its own, while the Standard Edition includes access to The Elder Scrolls Online Base Game, Morrowind Chapter, Summerset Chapter, Elsweyr Chapter, and Greymoor Chapter.
