You guys might want to try a chat, afaik those are still available because I had to do one a few weeks ago about some orders. If you go all the way down to the bottom of the Amazon website, the very last link is Help. Click that, then in the Browse Help Topics, there's a Need More Help? link. Click on that, and then click the Contact Us link. That will take you to a page where you should be able to get into a chat with CS.
