still no Refund after a month

Still no refund after a month all i can get for a auto response we paid out on april 8th.
If thats true why aks and need all info of purchase after april 8 ..
Makes no sense at all , so some1 over at beteshda thinks this is paid and i'm not receiving anything.
i know covid slows things down but waiting a month for a simple 15euro refund.
i hope i will get a answer and proof of refunding my money within this week otherwise i see no other way then reporting it to the police.

Yea i know the ticket is open i made it start of april for a simple refund of 15 euro.
But ofcourse what was i thinking 40 days to refund is not alot of time..
Why ask questions after getting no help for weeks .0
