I purchased the Greymoor Digital Collector's Upgrade and was fully charged for it, however due to some kind of payment processing error (I assume), I haven't received any confirmation of said purchase, neither have I got any of the pre-purchase items in game. Could you, please, check what went wrong, because now for 4 days already the money I paid for the upgrade is gone (I checked with my bank, they confirmed the operation was successful), but I have not received the confirmation of purchase.
