The only way they will actually fix performance is if people band together and not buy stuff (including their precious crown store that always works perfect and if not it is fixed right away) but the base game continues to run on spaghetti code.
Where did we lose the 660. Wp/sp
You do understand that gremoor grant access to antiquity system while vampire is just QoL improvement of base game available for everyone?

Lol what’s the point of updating vampire skills if we are back to only using one, maybe 2 skills from the line? I’d rather have my passives from old skill line than this. Why even buy greymoor at this point?
I can already see the comments.. “well then don’t buy greymoor”, lol I know and to be honest I don’t have a reason to, now.

Don't. Like, seriously if you aren't happy and don't want the other stuff, don't buy Greymoor. You speak with your wallet. I have refunded mine because they took what looked cool and needed some small tweaks and not such a harsh normal ability cost penalty, and completely destroyed it.
My reason for coming back was vampire changes. No point in playing any part or dropping the $130 on Greymoor & 6 month ESO plus if I'm not happy with that one bit.

I agree, I don’t understand the need to completely destroy. I’m hoping next patch they realize and address

Only if you have the certain dlcs to complete getting all the mythic items.
This was poorly thought out or marketing to make moreee sales of the dlcs.
So to me Greymoor is not a complete chapter, as Summerset was for example.

They're not going to address anything next patch. Gina had already stated on the livestream today that the changes of PTS 6.0.3 are what's going to go live aside from bug fixing. She didn't even so much as show off any of the skills. Just "Oh, here's two feeding animations."
So much for the "Week of the Vampire".

Almost like they know the skills are *** tbh.
It took us THIS long to get any sorta actual blood scion-player promotional stuff....

You do understand that all crafting systems work like that, right? Crafted sets are released with zones and tied to that zone. You need access to them to craft the sets. This is the same thing. You get gear through a life skill like activity, and the gear you get is tied to the zone it's in. Jewelry Crafting was the same. If you wanted to make Rings a Necks of sets from older areas, you had to have the DLC or Chapter.
If you don't want to buy it, thats fine, you don't have to. It's also fine not to like it, you are not obligated to. But it is a complete chapter.

the only reason ESO is so popular is because it is the only MMO currently in the medieval fantasy genre that is not heavily Asian influenced.

@Tessitura no it's not. It is more like if you want to use a crafting station that came with say Elsweyr, but to craft a piece of gear on it you also have to go to Summerset, Wrothgar and Murkmire. If you don't own those dlcs you're put of luck and can't get that set. Further the existence of attuned crafting tables means that you don't actually need access to that dlc as long as you can get access to an attuned station with the set.
Which goes against what they've beem advertising their game as so far, that you only need to buy that specific dcl to be able to use its major feature. But here you need access to the whole game to get use of that system.
Oh and did I mention everything is bound. Because for crafted sets you you can get someone else to trade you stuff, not so here.

The way the Antiquities system works and the fact that you need most DLCs plus you'll need all future story DLCs and chapters too as they're incorporating this into all future zones as well was what turned me off both the system itself and Greymoor as a whole. It's a no from me. Maybe if I'm still around when it becomes a DLC itself and purchasable for in-game gold I might be bothered but as it stands? Nah.
