At this time the game is suffering from at least below list.

-zoning and loading problems (slow or hang infinitely). You can only close game and reload.
-structural lag on weekends in europe. PvP is not even worth trying at this time.
-broken quests
-to much maintenance on prime time, just admit this game was not proper tested and rushed to market. Saturday 20:30 is not a maintenance window, so something went wrong again.
-dupe bug. The dupe was in there since launch, the devs knew and just ignored it. This basically gave the gold farmers millions. Bye player based economy.

I urge every one to enter tickets en keep entering them. Maybe this way they listen to the customers. if not I see most of the current player base dropping out within a few months. This game already doesn't have that much to offer to keep on playing.

Well the request is not that unusual. When you buy a cinema ticket, and the movie is not shown you also want compensation or not ?

Well, they won't somehow. They got our money, so they don't care very much. The money will be coming from the consoles anyway.

I would be interested in seeing your proof of this. Oh, and what economy, the game doesn't have a global economy as such, most of it is done within controlled groups (guild store trading) so the overall impact is likely to be negligable.

Also, many other games have had dupes done in them and sometimes with very little done by the devs ..... guess what, they still have a working, global economy.

Entering numerous tickets for the same thing will not help the situation in any way at all.

Big games like this work with ticket statistics. If a certain bug has 10.000's reports it will get fixed, if a bug gets 100 it might not. Not worth the money.

Standard IT practice, happening everywhere. So report your problems.

I think they should give us gremlin pets and a message saying
"After weeks of chasing all the gremlins in the world we believe we have caught and stopped the ones causing the biggest issues, we would like to offer each of you a gremlin of your own to look after and remember your survival during the difficult period they ran rampant."

It's easter, people will have alot of free time, lets take down the server and not have it up on peak playing times. That'll be fun, will it not?

I have been saying this is the smoothest launch I've seen but now... not so much. I've never seen so looooong downtimes at peak playing hours. Usually a server restart or something, never ever have I seen several hours of downtime on a friday, longfriday off, or a saturday night. This is not swaying me to keep paying a fee to play it. If I pay a monthly fee, I want to play it when I can. Most of us work and have free times during evenings and holidays, a shocker, I know.
