@ZOS_BillE Hi I'm still waiting after a week. Is there anything you can do I see that you have helped many others in my situation? It would be greatly appreciated! I play with my family (husband and daughter's) also friends that live in different states and in current times of SIP with the COVID19 this is one of the only things keep us sane being able to play with friends.

I would like to deposit money to my guilds so they can secure the trader locations. I have received in game mail asking for donations but I cannot when I go to my bank it won't allow me to see my guild bank or mail them the money.s4ef7gxzejot.png

    I thank you BillE for responding to me, however it as been hours now since you posted and my ticket still says
    "Waiting on Agent" with no update and so I logged to check if the problem was fixed, and no, I am still on social ban.

    I've been waiting over a week, I really don't understand, Can you please fix this for me

    Ok so first I will disclose that I personally know OminousThreat, She is a hard worker who has worked tirelessly since 1997 at a High School District to provide for her two daughters, and now after 23 years of working she is out of work as all the schools here in California are on shut down an we are in a "Shelter in Place" regulation preventing us from leaving our homes for anything but necessities. Now one day she logs into the game and for no reason at all she cannot send or receive mail, cannot buy or sell from guild traders, or talk to players in chat, effectively destroying her whole escape from Real Life, so vital during these difficult times.
    Now I'm no programmer but Im pretty sure for the powers at be at ZOS, fixing this for her would just be a matter of a few key strokes, but as it is it, has been almost 2 weeks now. I'm not calling ZOS any names or accusing them of anything, all Im saying is that this kind of thing is bizarre beyond comprehension and unheard of in any other mmo and the rectifying times to resolve these issues is very strangest thing indeed.
    It really is unfortunate for Ominous Threat and all the other players on here who suffer the same fate (myself included TWICE) of some automated program during these unsure times, then have to wait such truly mysterious long times for someone to just Fix It, I really dont understand.

    ZOS you produce the best damn game out there, thats why we're playing it instead of FFIV, WOW or GW2, but we can't play it when Weird and Bizarre things like this happen, it effects not only the players directly affected but also the guild and group members like myself depending on them.

    Look, I'm not saying this doesn't suck, and clearly the automated system has been going haywire, but it's not a 'mystery'. Support is overloaded and behind on tickets. 2 weeks wait time is the current norm. [Snip]

    @OminousThreat Just to be sure, you did understand that BillE was talking about the message in your forum inbox, yes? Recently someone else be confused about that, so I figured I'd mention it.
