Hey, just wondering what some of your experiences have been on getting In-Game Store refunds while I wait for my ticket #200508-007326 to be answered.
So, I want to change from an Orc to an High Elf. I bought a race change, didn't read the small print (my fault). I then logged out to character select about to change race and then realised I can't change to High Elf without Any Race, Any Alliance upgrade. So I went back to the store to find the Any Race, Any Alliance upgrade and realised the upgrade includes a race change... So what I am asking for is a refund of 3000 for the Race Change which is unused, so I can then buy the Any Race, Any Alliance upgrade.
Do you think this something support will make an exception for?
I haven't logged in since I created the ticket, not sure If I can be online while they process the refund, trying to wait patiently but not playing is killing me!
