For me it's red - so I think it might just change the match the faction of the character you're on.
Yeah funny but sad too.
If ZOS can refund the crowns and undo the purchases of all those who bought the mount it would be the right thing to do considering it is a mount that should be earned but not bought.
How about no.
I like my war mount. No way I'm giving her back.
So if ZOS accidentally released "Decoy Elder Scroll" to the crown store you would have claimed the same ?
Where is the sense of honor that one should earn rewards the right way and not by bypassing gameplay ?
Mistakes like this mount may not be the last and I suspect that it will be on purpose in the future.
There is too much in the crown store already, no need to include in-game only rewards in the crown store.
The first day of housing none of the replica Elder Scrolls were bound and you could sell them. They had to lockdown the vendor for a week to fix it but they didn't take any of them away. I'd prefer to see the mount as an ingame reward though

I knew someone will mention this.
I know.
I stated an example.

You didn't state an example, you just said well "what if this happened?" as a gotcha but it's already happened

It didn't happen.
The Decoy Elder Scroll furnishing never was in the crown store.
In early 2017 there was no crown store gifting, so those who bought the scrolls used gold earned and not bought.
Though a better example can be "Throne of Cyrodiil" or "Disconnected Transitus Shrine"(both always remained bind on pickup).
@Lorkhan You're wasting your time bumping this discussion in hoping ZOS will respond here.
They probably won't and the only time we will ever see this mount again is through an official announcement about crown store offerings.
