wow, that horse is rly badass!!! i rly enjoy armored horses (i dislike magical mounts

but the thing is, in description we can read this: Earned by collecting all seven Ironclad Requisition collectible fragments, earned by participating in various PvP activities.
cmon, when we gonna drop theses ironclad requistions? is it some pvp event or something?

My bet is that it was originally planned as a reward for a PvP event, but was then diverted to the cash shop instead.

How disappointing that this horse ended up in the cash shop- I was hoping it would be a reward for a PVP event, since I like getting out there on the battlefield when there's a prize to be had. :{

If ZOS can refund the crowns and undo the purchases of all those who bought the mount it would be the right thing to do considering it is a mount that should be earned but not bought.

Same problem as with the Meridian motif. Same “solution.” Isn’t this at least the fourth or fifth thing in the past year that’s had to be removed from the crown store for lack of QA?

This is pretty sad, ZoS. Something originally meant to be earned in-game that someone decided should go in the cash shop instead. Description gave y'all away and now you've pulled it to "fix" the description before you put it back.

Makes one wonder how many other items were originally slated to be earned in game.

Since when does ZOS care about Crown Store descriptions? They still haven't fixed the description under Outfit Slots for example. And I was going to buy this mount, I had gold prepared and all, but it disappeared. Makes sense for it to be a pvp reward since it compliments the Siegemaster costume, but I guess they'll won't make it a reward now. I just hope it'll be back sooner than Dungeon Explorer costume (fyi, the costume hasn't returned yet after it was removed in autumn).

They care about this particular description because it makes them look bad. Outfit slots on the other hand...the vague description earns them more money than being upfront.

I don't care if it can be earned. I paid someone to buy this for me when they logged on today and ZOS couldn't put it up for a single day without it needing to be taken down for some reason or another.

Not hugely mad, just disappointed in them.

I happened to be online when the Crown Store updated so I brought this up in a topic that fell off the front page (d'oh); here's a screenshot I took showing all the relevant information you wanna see.

That it was considered "incorrect information" and pulled from the Store is very sad... why is part of an earnable set of items (Siegemaster Helm, Outfit, maybe pet?) cut off and made Crown Store only? We already have so few earnable mounts ingame.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. No hard feelings, really. Honestly tho I thought it was obviously implied in my post. I guess I need to work on my communication skills. As for horse, it's a shame that a part of an ingame earnable set is put in the CS, and they half arsed it on top of that.

Eh, I wanted that horse, but if this will be only crown store thing... I won't used even my eso+ crowns because I don't accept being treated like this. It will be PR very bad now if they will limit this horse to crown store only. I accept this as crown store earlier access, for me it's ok.

I have free crowns but it will be shame to use that horsie now

So if ZOS accidentally released "Decoy Elder Scroll" to the crown store you would have claimed the same ?
Where is the sense of honor that one should earn rewards the right way and not by bypassing gameplay ?
Mistakes like this mount may not be the last and I suspect that it will be on purpose in the future.
There is too much in the crown store already, no need to include in-game only rewards in the crown store.

Gotta wonder how many times they are going to make this mistake with items in the Crown Store before they fix whatever it is thats not going right in their process. Pretty embarrassing to watch. This has got to be the 5 or 6th removal off the store that I can remember.

I usually don’t post in the forums often, but this isn’t the first time ZOS has pulled a mount intended to be earned in game and instead made it a crown store purchase. That irritates me. I have 0 problems paying for a mount, but I’ve always believed there needed to be some you could earn in game.

The entire Orsinium main quest was structured and written to give the player a bear mount as a reward. Rich even commented on a post about earning in game mounts here stating that his hint was it would be coming with Orsinium.

That Seigemaster Warhorse mistake was a very specific mistake. No doubt it was originally intended to be an in game earnable mount.

The first day of housing none of the replica Elder Scrolls were bound and you could sell them. They had to lockdown the vendor for a week to fix it but they didn't take any of them away. I'd prefer to see the mount as an ingame reward though
