I imagine this has been asked before but I cant seem to find a definitive answer.

I am looking to get back into ESO and want to upgrade my account to Greymoor.

I don't own Elsweyr either, my question is if I pre purchase the Greymoor upgrade will it include Elsweyr?

If not then do I have to purchase the Elsweyr upgrade, followed by the Greymoor upgrade, or just purchase the Greymoor Standard edition?

Finally if I buy the standard edition of Greymoor is that buying a whole new account to restart on or does it just update my game to the latest expansion?
