Vampire Blood Mist, Magicka and Health Regeneration Ability/Item Interactions

Blood Mist: "Entering this form removes and grants immunity to all disabling and immobilization effects, but you cannot be healed by any other ability and your Magicka Recovery is disabled."
Critical Surge procs still heal you during blood mist.
DSA Regeneration Staff grants you magicka every time it crits during blood mist.
Spell Parasite grants magicka during blood mist.
I don't think the ability is overpowered with these interactions, and I really appreciate the quality of life fixes on mist form, like it being a toggle ability and especially HoT abilities not being removed just because you enter mist form.

LadyBugLDB✭✭It would be nice to know definitively what sources still regen/restore Magicka while in Blood Mist and which do not.
For example, on PTS I tried the Hollowfand Thirst set and the proc did return Magicka while in Blood Mist. However, passives (e.g. Death Gleaming from necro) and other spells (e.g. Mystic Siphon from necro, elemental drain from destro) did not.
I think it is well balanced if your Magicka recovery stat is zero while in mist form BUT I think you should still be able to restore Magicka through other active (i.e. spells) and passive (e.g. sets & passives) means.1 -

I too saw that on PTS ... not heal other than from Blood Mist itself worked ...
@Ruder, Do you know what works/doesn't work for restoring Magicka? I can confirm the Hollowfang Thirst 5 piece proc did work while in blood mist but restore from mystic siphon did not. That seems inconsistent to me ... why allow sets but not active spells and passives? The tooltip explicitly says "your Magicka Recovery is disabled" ... to me that means the mechanism tied to the recovery stat. But I guess it doesn't matter what I think. Its want ZoS implements that matters0
