A week ago I was suspended from the site and I can’t log into my account or game. I have not received any information on the email. Then I wrote 2 tickets:

in fact, they are of the same content, I just did not know exactly how to do it correctly, but did not receive a message in the mail that it was created at all, unlike the previous ticket.
I understand that you have a lot of workload right now, but I'm worried about my account and because I still can’t play. Could you please help
