I'm still waiting on an agent to even look at my ticket after 4 days! I've been placed on a social ban again for sending a weekly newsletter to my guild, this is the 2nd time this has happened. It's happening to so many GM's, something really needs to be done. We have to be able to communicate with our members, using MoTD isn't suitable sometimes and we don't have any alternatives other than mail.
I have trials starting tonight for the next few nights, which I can't participate in because I can't talk in group chat and I can't trade gear with anyone at the end of the trial. I have guild trader bidding in a few days too, should the other 499 members of my guild lose their guild trader? In social banning me, my whole guild now suffers which is very unfair.
It's almost laughable that a member of our guild was told his user name is unacceptable and got
immediate response to that when someone on a social ban is not even advised they are on a ban and is waiting days to even get an agent to look at it.
