Did anyone else find a passage from the black Reach to Istmark?

Studying the Black Reach found such a passage. That 's why you need him? No mission leads there.

I do recall the passage out into Northern Eastmarch near Windhelm ... but don't want to spoil it for any players who've yet to discover.
