Can someone please check the ticket 200503-000608. It has been 5 days and no one has responded to the ticket. It still says "waiting on an agent". I have no idea of why I actually got banned?
I don't have mail add-ons, I don't chat in game I just send whispers and use discord, I am not a bot, I am not a guild leader or send multiple outgoing mails. So yeah I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
