• NA megaservers for maintenance – January 7, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 10:00AM EST (15:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – January 7, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 10:00AM EST (15:00 UTC)

Last patch my account was reset and I lost my plus membership on the PTS only. Anyone else?

I have a button on the character select log in screen to add Plus. But I've already got a plus account. I can't test Summerset, no materials bag, none of the Plus benefits. And no selection in the DLC's to buy Summset.

    It alternates character copies from NA to EU every two (2) weeks on PTS, @Loeb_Rahl ... but losing ESO+ seems kinda strange.

    Did you try adding ESO+ to see what happens?

    Regardless, you still have access to create Template characters which pretty much have unlimited crafting materials.

    I have the same problem, I can create a new character but I've lost everything from the public server. I don't mind starting a new character but I sure wish I had access to my shared account. I'm going to try to connect them.

    You can't copy or 'link' your live server account/characters to PTS by yourself. PTS is regularly switched between EU and NA characters copies during testing cycle and all old PTS characters are wiped during switch.

    ZOS rotates characters between NA and EU every two (2) weeks of a PTS testing cycle.

    NA players (you and me) had the first two weeks of PTS ... Monday started the EU character copies for this week and next week. There is no way to copy your own character to PTS.

    As mentioned, you can still create a Template character in the character creation screen. In the upper left pulldown of character creation, choose the max level Template. After done, you'll have access to a whole ton of crafting mats to use in the Template's inventory.

    I don't think ESO Plus really applies on the PTS, unless they are testing some new aspect of ESO Plus, such as maybe a storage increase, he says hopefully.

    Just use the Template Character, as soon as you log in you will have Containers. I mean tons of Containers. IN there you will find all that you need, including bag space upgrades. But, since you get a ton of Gold, just buy them in game if you need them.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
