I opened a ticket last week for restoring an accidentally deleted character and have not received any updates. Just wanted to see if I could get an update, ETA, or any type of response to see if the restore is possible.
Thanks @ZOS_Chiroptera. I understand the unusual circumstances, however, I am going on 6 days now with no updates from an agent. Am I waiting on an available agent or is it assigned to someone and I'm just waiting on them to respond?
@ZOS_Adrikoth Thanks for the response, I am trying to remain patient. Is it ok to keep playing on other characters while I wait or should I stay out of the game?
Hey, go ahead and play on other characters! Just be sure to follow steps in this article like refraining from creating new characters with the same name as the deleted character.
