janb16_ESO50✭✭I can understand that sometimes not everything go as planned, but this is like 4th day when I can and want to play, but I cannot because of the maintenance (read: unexpected sh*t happens). You should seriously start thinking about some compensation days or something.
I like and enjoy the game, but I do not want to pay for something like this.1 -

Pipsissiwa✭✭If you assume an average month of 30 days, the sub works out at around 2 US Cents an hour.... (approx 50 Cents a day). Sounds even more trivial converted to Euros or UKP....
Not worth having a coronary over IMO.
Personally I'm just pleased they were wise enough to keep staff on over the Easter weekend right after launch who can fix it - I speak from experience that not every game company has that much common sense....0 -

Are you serious ? I do understand bugs and fixes, BUT the maintenance is taking too long for a small patch.
And one more thing : EU server is in NA which is ridiculous. Meaning you guys don't have EU coverage...
Thanks for telling us straight to our faces : EU IS GARBAGE! Just throw them a server there, they will pay eventually....0 -

You are just unlucky. People are over exaggerating constantly in these forums. I'm veteran rank 1 300+ quests finished currently so I've played allot.
I've experienced 2 bugs which are currently fixed and another bug which I was able to bypass myself. I've had one downtime period which affected me but was way back in early access period.
And then there is this emergency downtime which I will patiently wait out.

Try SOE - they decided that Europe was way too weird and different from the US and farmed their games off to a dodgy German TV channel/P2W games portal owner. Took us veterans from Europe over a year of kicking up a stink to get our accounts grandfathered to SOE as we refused to sign up with the new company. We still get treated as an afterthought (or treated to SOE Silence (TM)) and ripped off on deals.
I don't understand why US companies seem to think we're some alien species...0 -
