The people asking for refund or free gametime are so hilarious xD
Do you people ask for a refund at the gasstation when you get in a traffic jam?
Well atleast blizzard had some insight and they gave free game days to people when their servers were down. Keeping customers happy is not stupid, I think.
We have a saying here: "kinderen die vragen worden overgeslagen"
Meaning: "kids that whine get nothing"
So if they think free time is in order they will give it. Whining about it doesn't help.
This is just a cooldown timer to ensure people don't spam the login server while the megaserver is offline. The timer is lifted after an hour or two.Biezenw22eb17_ESO wrote: »login menu screen shows a greyed out "3M' under the password bar, meaning we need to wait 3 minutes?

Well THANKS!! for the heads UP!!
For those of us who actually was INGAME no warning what so ever.
I wonder how fare I will be rolled back now, since I have been playing on a server (client) that weren't connected to the main server!!!

erm, no. I played wow for about 2 years and still log on the odd month here and there.
There is hardly ever a random downtime, in fact I dont even remember having one
Then you don't play it enough apparently. Try playing it for a week straight and you'll see the same issues TESO has, the only difference is that Blizz doesn't care even after 10 years of experience and TESO is still learning and responding to issues fairly fast.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRubp9YfY7s mathematically were right now paying for something and getting zero in return:P
information via Zenimax about the issue at hand would hold enough value
