WoW is almost 10 years old and still suffers from the same issues, server crashes, a huge bot problem in pvp, stuck on loading screens, bugged crap etc. *** happens. So perhabs they should take down WoW aswell, since it's not ready for launch according to your post.

don't underestimate the "some" part , for me the trouble started with our 4-man dungeon group when a player was having problems and decided to simply "relog" and didnt come back. suspected voluntarely gamequit, wanted to search for a new groupmember. Leader couldnt use tools, so we all decided to leave/disband the group and re-invite each other. Catman14✭✭I can't log in after having to force a close of the client due to an interminable zonal loading screen. Since this last patch I am having to relog before using wayshrines, boat trips or entering or exiting dungeons otherwise I get a never ending loading screen or get dumped back to where I was trying to leave!
This game has lovely mechanics, excellent zone design and great attention to detail in the graphics. Unfortunately it's a technological disaster and I don't think the customer support performance is helping matters either.0 -

I crashed the game as I was stuck on a dungeon loading screen. I haven't been able to log in for around 30mins now.

Yes, the person dealing with the web/mailserver will probably be able to do a LOT about the game servers.

Had a very similar situation in my group and now I cant log in either...0 -
