A friend received Social Ban in the middle of a trial

Hello.
On April 19th we participated in a Cloudrest trial run when we noticed that we couldn't see his messages or trade items. He was fine just before the trial since he was the one who got us into a group (we did not start it, only joined one).
Later he found he couldn't even participate in guild trade.
He left a ticket 200419-005395.
His ID is @DarthTarius
Since he doesn't have an account on the forum, he asked me to post here on his behalf. Could you please look into this issue?
