I have my phases when i will exclusively play the game for PvE or for PvP, but the PvE phases usually last longer. I wonder if the people that say never PvP also never unlocked the Assault skill line with Warhorn and such ..?!

Some of the daily rewards unlocked the assault skill line for some of my characters - I don't do pvp, but can use rapid maneuver therefore.1 -

✭Mostly PvP with some PvEPvE = events and vet DLC for when cyro is not working again. Lately it is becoming more PvE time since cyro broken almost all the time.1 -

✭✭✭Mostly PvE with some occasional PvPCyrodiil used to be my favourite part of the game since I grew up with Lineage 2. My builds were always designed around it. I finally gave up on it a few years ago, jumping in every now and again for my fix, but mostly just feeling really sorry for the players who still want it to be fun but have been repeatedly shafted by neglect and (against all the odds) even worse performance as time has gone on.
Now I just have fun in overland story content, playing around with off-meta builds (since everyone is OP here...) but spend significantly less time playing the game than I used to. I have not pre-ordered Greymoor and will be waiting for a 70% off sale like Elsweyr has had multiple times now. The game's not worth the asking price these days, and the performance improvements so far suggest the game is beyond fixing. I hope they prove me wrong on that one though as the year goes on. I'd love to enjoy Cyrodiil again

I don't think the low PvE figure is surprising, given the lack of a "solely PvE" option and the resulting very low turnout generally.
I imagine that most PvEers will have unlocked the PvP skill lines automatically through the daily login rewards and not by choice. That's certainly the case with all my characters, none of whom has done any PvP or used any of the unlocked skills.
