Mend Wounds BUG

As far as I'm aware, Mend Wounds and it's morphs will not heal allies whilst in werewolf form, despite the animation still showing on characters hands, whilst toggling it on before transforming.
It doesn't say anywhere it won't work whilst in werewolf form, and I am pretty sure this is a bug, unless ZoS thinks that it shouldn't work in werewolf form, even then it should say on the tooltip somewhere.

I'm pretty sure werewolves are intended to lose access to all non werewolf abilities when they transform. It would be a cool addition if it worked though, a werewolf healer sounds like a crazy idea but it could fun trying to build one nonetheless

That's what i assumed, but it is a toggle ability, and the ability is still active after you've transformed, but you are unable to light attck or heavy attack.

You have found a bug, but not the one you think it is and should be reported accordingly. Sorcerer pets are also toggle abilities, but they do not carry over into werewolf form either. Almost nothing that affects human form carries over into werewolf unless it is weapon/skill agnostic. That's why stuff like weapon enchantments carry over, but not weapon passives.

Sorcerer pets are summon abilities, not toggle. This should work in werewolf form
