[6.0.1] Lost skill names in Russian (and German)

I don't know right topic for this bug. But in 6.0.1 were fully broken the skill lines names and some skill names in Russian. So it's impossible to expand any skill tree on the Skill Page (K). We are actively testing the localization now. But it will be harder to do with inability to add skills on the panel.
P.S. The problem confirmed for German too.

Alexium✭✭✭No. No any addons. I tried change language and all work fine in English. And all was fine in 6.0.00

I can comfirm that. Since 6.0.1 it is impossible to expand skill lines. Tried to remove pts folder, but still got same problem. Only changing language to english fixes it.0
