[BUG][IMPORTANT] Talk to the Jarl Reddharn

Hello,
So I was doing the Main quest of greymoor when I had to talk to the jarl Reddharn. Sadly, there is a bug. And I can't talk to the jarl. No matter what I try. Relog, teleport, re-do the quest...
It's really annoying because I can't continue the quest.
Can someone help me please?

Vinterskald✭✭✭Same here. I know I saw lots of people talk about it already, but I reported it anyways, just in case.
It's weird especially since the quest marker for him is a little behind him, which makes me wonder if he's supposed to go there in order for us to interact with him, but he doesn't, so we can't talk to him.
I also saw some people talk about how they were able to do the whole main quest just fine. So I wonder what affects who gets this bug and who doesn't? Maybe it's random, but since OP uses the French client and I use the German one, maybe it has to do with the missing audio files. But maybe that's unrelated, too. At any rate I hope I can continue soon; that and the antiquities intro bug were the only quest related bugs I encountered thus far.

Serkuos✭✭✭I really hope we'll get an answer from ZOS soon because every day I'm connecting, abandoning the quest, and re-doing it just to see that the bug is still here and I can't continue the quest. So I don't play anymore...1

Serkuos✭✭✭So if it could help, yes, putting the game in English (in the launcher) correct the bug. Then after talking to the jarl, you can re-put your game in the language you want and it should work.1
