Why pvpers dont post BGs?

Valabrog✭✭✭I have videos of me wiping the floor in BGs, but I don't like to showcase them because you could get placed with casual players that have no idea what they're doing or new to the game.
Battlegrounds can be some pretty boring footage if I'm honest, especially considering it's just a contest of who uses and wears the most cheese.

I kept that unlisted because it's just embarrassing. But hey, at least it made me feel like stam sorc was strong for a little while!
Anyway, that was probably when my MMR was low, but when you get into the higher brackets you'll be facing idiots wearing stuff like caluurion's and zaan, block tanks and snipers who won't go anywhere near the fight. In general it's a pretty horrible experience once you rank up.
A little offtopic - I often see people recommend going snb to be able to turtle up. Have they tried to turtle up against 2 or more competent players chasing them and hitting hard from behind? Or that term is more specific to Cyro too?

Honestly with 2 competent players bashing away on you, even SnB isn't going to help. Back then I used SnB because reverb had defile, and stam sorc has nothing like it in their toolkit. Heroic was also a decent amount of dps with the added benefit of minor maim and ult gen. So it wasn't really the defensives I was going for, it was the utility for the things stam sorc is lacking.0 -

precambria✭✭✭✭✭Because carried by CP, because BG you get locked in a cage match with people who can actually play, all those 5 star who got in from playing cyrodil come in and get shrekked, it's just a different environment the damage is way more a focus you can't run 35k HP and rely on harmony + 5 friends or just endlessly kite because points are a thing. It's similarly offputting for BG players to go to cyrodil and fight the AOE loltank meta that exists there, it's just different but on average I would say individually BG requires faster reactions where cyrodil requires more resource management, both take skill.2 -

I play another game and we share vids of our big kills on YouTube but for every big kill there are at least a dozen fails. Those are equally as fun sometimes but nobody posts the ego shattering stuff. Not in this game or any other game.0 -

✭✭✭Average BGer is better than your average 1vXer for BG veterans. It’s easier to find prey in cyrodiil too.
BGs are also a different skill set then 1vX. BG’s involve some team aspects that a lot of 1vXers struggle with. It also involves different tactics and strategies, someone can be good at one and not the other.
A lot of BGers do small scale, that has a lot more crossover than 1vX.Looking for any guildies I used to play with:

If they are good, why not to post how they solo deal with 3 magsorc in a deathmatch? There are like 0 videos about how to come out alive in such situations. Everything is about cyrodiil and I bet bgs are now a lot popular, when queue was fixed - it pops non stop. Ant still new vids are all about Cyro.
Would be nice to see some dedicated BG player vids and Im not talking about builds, but mostly about combat tricks and how to deal with some S+ classes.
My guess would be because battlegrounds don't allow for CP.
PvP is a lot more balanced on this game before CP is thrown into the mix... which allows for some very dominant builds. As a result: it's more difficult to show off and death for the streamer is a more likely outcome, especially now that the group queue has been frustrated.
