can't enter dungeons

Hi, I can't enter any dungeons because it says my veteran level is not high enough. I already did the first group dungeon in stonefalls. I am level 23 now and I'm not allowed to enter dark shade caverns because of that message is popping up. I can't even enter the previous group dungeon in stonefalls.

gypsythief✭✭Veteran is the ranks above level 50; it sounds like you've found a brand new shiny bug, and the game is trying to give you level 50+ dungeons and then not letting you in as you're level 23.
If a re-log doesn't fix it, you may well need to get assistance from a GM / customer support.1 -
