after reading the patchnote another time i just noticed that this set's cooldown went from 20sec to 15sec which bring it to a barely 66% uptime if constantly harassed.

this will probably bring this Cancer-set back to business.. just that.

If they leave stamcro Blastbone untouched will be still 100% uptime of major defile on yourself, so won't make much difference xD

Dont forget about another 20% nerf to healing. and eventually some minor defile flying around. Wanna see somebody healing with those next patch

The nerf for Defile is equal to the healing nerf, because Defile is the percentage of healing received.
