I can't even try the PTS. I get the main screen it logs in and it says so, then I get spinning Ouroboros forever. I've let it sit and forgot about it came back and it was still spinning. Closed it, opened the game again, got to the loading screen and let it spin, and I alt-tabbed after I got tired of waiting. The little symbol on the taskbar turned orange, so I thought it finished, nope it was sitting there waiting for me to click Login to try again. Just did that again while I typed it. It sits there so long it eventually just gives up.
