Vampire needs 1 tool, a serious gameplay request (OFF BALANCE)

I love the vampire changes. I love the high risk, reward play style of high mobility, damage with high draw backs.
Vampire is only missing 1 tool...
OFF BALANCE

why is off balance more important now more then ever for any build? The answer is simple. ARMOR SETS. All class do not have access to a off balance move. This means vampire would be that much more appealing, and powerful. if vampire had a off balance skill.

ALSO IF IM GOING TO BE HONEST
WEREWOLF is looking better because it has more tools. Like a build in off balance when using a skill.

Please please give vampire a much needed tool. To give any class a magic option that grant off balance. All classes and playstyles would like access to new sets. Please dont limit the riskiest playstyle in the game.

Wow this is a first. No comments from other. I must of hit a bullseye or I'm completely off target. Very rarely does anyone not leave something witty against my post. Well hopefully someone from zos reads this post. It's a honest much needed gameplay changer for vampire. Especially stage 4 vampire.

Yes I'm a vampire sorcerer. I'm really brain storming ways to make vampire work. Stuhn is amazing armor set. But unfortunately as a sorcerer the only way to guarantee off balance is to use a 2h d swing. I really don't want to be a magic vampire sorcerer using stam d swing. I'm open to any suggestions. But honestly magic should have access to some form of off balance.

Tying off-balance for mag to vamp is not "all classes and playstyles". It promotes a single playstyle. This isn't a solution that would help with magicka off-balance issues, just one that helps your specific playstyle.

Not every set needs to fit every build or playstyle, but if you want off-balance to be more "accessible", forcing mag to go vamp isn't the way to do it.

Ok I see your point of view. If this is the direction then a new topic on sets needs to be address. Otherwise vampire is not fair as a playstyle... especially against a 10k extra resistance werewolf wearing Stuhn's. I'm all ears for any vampire sorc builds that can be competitive. I'm really hoping to get a vampire sorcerer solution.
