Pro tip: Having your games installed on an external drive is a major convenience.
I can't tell if the OP is being serious or just trying to spark some reactions, but in general yeah, you basically just refreshed your Console by wiping away any bad data that may have been "clogging" your system. That may improve it's ability to run games.

After the call I increase my internet speed from 300 mgb to 1g speed" which I thought was funny since ANY time you get an upgrade on your internet they don't just hit a switch on there side "the service provider" that they have to send a technician out to your location and make sure you have the proper equipment and when talking about 1g speed also requires the company to make sure where you live has access to those speeds. Go thanks for the information but sorry stop telling lies ✌

Honestly, I've just reinstalled the game and that alone reduced my lag and increased my frames. But it seems to last only a handful of months at most.
Factory reset my ps4, but lag is still terrible on PC/EU. Did I do something wrong?

what is damn OP? its no overpowerd? wouldnt make sense
Hate to tell you but all you needed to do was boot your PS4 in safe mode and then choose “rebuild database” - nothing changes but makes a world of difference. I do it once a week (y)
