✭✭You can find them on your template if you open the crafter boxes on in your inventory, those contain every single crafting good you can ask for.
There are also gold glyphs ready to be used in one of the containers1 -

Ok, I'll study the containers again, cause the runes are missing from the rune container, perhaps I can find the glyphs.
The containers on PTS are so full of stuff that they seem to spazz out and do not show everything. Try doing a "take all" from rune container, then check your crafting bag and see if there are Kuta in there.0
