Not getting 'access code' for PTS logon

For some reason I'm getting prompted for an access code on PTS even though I have previously been on PTS on this computer. The access code is not showing up (and I have looked in spam folder). I also was prompted for an access code on Live recently (also despite nothing changing on my PC) and that access code showed up fine.

I am also running into the same issue. access codes are working fine for the website and Live server, but I'm not getting one for the PTS.0 -
