Seriously if this is not pay to win then what is it? 100% uptime for a unique buff that increases your damage done by 25%, that can also stack with bersek buffs. This is going to be pretty overperforming in no cp pvp where critical damage is not really important. Imo it should either provide less damage or make it so you can't also critical heal. Or just make it major bersek so it can't stack. And don't forget that this comes from 1 piece item.

25% is a looot damage and it also increases damage from proc sets. Heavy armor stam builds will be meta using this, since the dont have high crit chances, especially in PvP. NMA, stuhns with this ring sounds like the new meta.

It probably should deny critical healing as well to balance it a bit.
I think 25% damage for the removal of crit chance is not that unbalanced.

Tested it - either its buggy or its not working correctly
The dmg buff doesnt always apply for me + the numbers are not that impressive when it works
Need more testing to see if its worth throwing away a monster set for it

It might be alright at cp pvp but think of no cp and battlegrounds combined with proc sets it will be devastating and it will also require no actual skill to use efficient.
