Quest " Forgotten Soul " is still bugged Central Welkynd Stone

Central Welkynd Stone is still bugged and can not be used. Do somethng pls ASAP, for it is bugged for really long already.

Moroch✭✭I completed this quest last night from start to finish. At first it was bugged for me also, however I relogged and waited for a minute on the character select screen. Then I came back in game, made sure I wasn't in combat and then pressed "Interact" and touched NOTHING. My character walked over to the stone and at first I thought "Oh darn it..." however after 5 seconds of touching NOTHING my characters arms flung wide and he attuned the crystal with his quantum resonator.
So it worked for me but I am wondering whether this 5 second delay is what is causing the issue, people are bugging the quest out because they tap the interact key several times.
After i logged back in I tapped "E" once only, and it worked.
