Idea for an "Intelligence" RP guild

I have considerably trimmed this post, in hopes that we can get a good discussion going and maybe come up with a solution.

I think that a wide open RP area that has yet to be tapped would be an Intelligence kind of organization. I am posting it here because I would like to do some crowd sourcing to come up with ideas. Since real life obligations eat up a lot of my time, there are still a bunch of features in the game that I have yet to explore.

I feel that most of the RP guilds I have run into seem to be more inwardly focused.

So here's a list of things to think about.
-What features of the game do you think hinder/aid in the creation of this kind of guild.
-How would interacting and working with multiple RP guilds affect this kind of group.
-What could this group offer.

I am just interested to see what everybody thinks and if they have any ideas along these lines.

If this guild does ever get formed, I would prefer if everyone was equal. Giving everyone power to choose how they work within the guild.

Well Magicka is my guild, and while it doesn't sound like you want to join specifically, it is always a good thing to discuss RP. In fact, from the sound of it you're doing exactly what a good RPer does to enjoy RP. So, let me see if I understand. You wish to create an information broker type of guild, that communicates with the various other guilds and ties plots together with them?
If so that sounds actually really cool and fun.

My guild on US server Dominion side is Relinquished Enigma. We are in secret trading and dealings... Our spy network is the network of cats.. yes... house cats... since Khajiit can communicate with them by the lore. It makes for fun and interesting RP but having another info source would be a great idea!!

Sorry for the late replies, pretty hectic stuff going on.

First off, to those of you who have proposed your own guilds for me to join, thank you but I don't think they sound exactly what I am looking for. I hope to have some free time to trim up the first post and get my ideas down more clearly.

Tangent, yes the idea is the creation of sort of a information broker guild.

Heres the issues.
1-How is this going to work in game, what features would add/detract from this idea. And what would need to be done outside of the game to facilitate it.
2-Who would be interested in joining the guild. I would like it to be a more "free lance" guild. I would like everyone to be on a even playing ground.

The idea of this post is to try to brainstorm ideas, and hopefully find some people that may be interested in something like this.
