What is the baseline critical resistance?

Apparently PvPers will get a baseline crit resistance, but I can't seem to find it anywhere on the PTS. I've checked my stats in Cyrodiil and the battle spirit buffs, but couldn't find it anywhere there. Is it applied to you as a hidden stat, or is it listed somewhere else?

They forgot about it or having problems with crit resist, expect it to come next week.
