Why is Earthgore getting buffed?

Why is the cool down being reduced to 20 seconds? This essentially means that in between the effect ending and the next time it can proc is 10 seconds. Why?
A 2 piece monster set shouldn't negate every single ground effect and ULTIMATE and now you want to make it occur every 20 seconds? I understand the heal is nice for pve, but in pvp having a no brained negate just every 20 seconds is ridiculous.

Scritchel✭✭✭What aoe ground abilities are you using earthgore to negate? Nothing. This isnt about the heal its purely about the ground purge effect.
It needs to be reduces to 1 or 2 ground effects purged.1 -
Alidel✭✭✭✭Isn't it is a nerf, since main point of this set is burst heal and that was reduced from 5k hps to 3k hps which is 40% decrease? CD is pretty irrelevant since main use of this set is fail safe and won't be used on CD. Talking strictly about PVE.3 -

My issue isnt the heal. I dont think the heal has ever been a problem. From the healing perspective the burst heal was deceased but overall the healing should see a increase because of the higher up time.
But in pvp this means that every 20 seconds its negating every ground ability and ULTIMATE. And since groups run more than one of this its up every single time someone gets breathed on.
Again Im not talking about the healing. I dont think anyone has ever had a problem withits healing even when it healed the whole group. But this purge nonsense has gone on too long and I have no idea why they buff it.Edited by Scritchel on April 21, 2020 7:54AM1 -
Scritchel✭✭✭I've done every trial and it's hard mode except for vss hm and my groups have never used earth gore to purge any ground effects because it cant purge the aoes tied to mechanics.
But in pvp this is a way tow strong monster helm that needs to be adjusted to be more balanced.1
