With the changes to Vampires do you really feel stronger by feeding?

I have played around with the Vampire changes on the PTS and I have been thinking, ZOS seems to want to imply you get stronger by feeding but do you really feel like your getting stronger? the numbers speak for themselves and in my honest opinion it still feels as if I am stronger while blood-starved, I will actually heal without having to cast a spell on myself, not to mention the Vampire abilities save for 1 or 2 do not seem powerful enough to compensate for the Fire weakness and cost increase on regular abilities.

Health Regeneration Reduction = 10/40/70/100
Fire Weakness = 5/10/15/20
Ability Cost Increase = 5/10/15/20
Vampire Cost Decreases 10/20/30/40

So what is your opinion?

I do actually, feeding feels like a powerful thing with the new animations, it makes me want to run to dragon bridge and feed on all the npcs, and having such large cost reduction on vampire skills as i am feeding into the vampiric form, it makes sense to me. I end up using 3 of the vampire abilities so stage 4 is really helpful to me, and I can mitigate the ability cost quite easily with a couple changes to my build.

Sure the animations feel powerful but I am not talking about that, I am wondering if you think that these cheaper Vampire abilities are worth the high cost of the more powerful non-Vampire abilities and the lack of natural healing and weakness to fire.

I still say yes to that, as I already incorporated a few of the vampire skills into my build and I really enjoy the feel of it, simmering frenzy has high risk high reward play with blood for blood to compliment it, and swarming scion to wrap it together

Just so you know you can use any ability at any stage.

Yes I do know that, but I get the most benefit for my vampiric abilities at stage 4, along with the passives vampires have, I feel like the debuffs I have are worth the cost for the type of play style I want to do.

The Vampire changes appear to reward actually playing a vampire, rather than just taking the vampire skill line just for the passive buffs.

The cost increase at stage 4 is complete overkill.
