ZOS, people have been asking for the ability to hide tassets, crotch flaps, and shoulders for a good long time.
This is the fourth (technically fifth chapter counting Orsinium) and we still cannot hide tassets, crotch flaps, and shoulders. And we still don't have those much requested features.
