Its open world, its gonna be so easy to the point thats its boring like everyone else open world. Super super casual desgined for people whose entire game skill is too light attack spam in random gear.

Actually, if you have high heat/bounty they won't talk to you until you clear your bounty or it goes down enough to make you not kos.

There are 3 levels to the justice system and they are Disreputable, Notorious, Fugitive.
Disreputable makes it so the guards will accost you but you can do everything else normally.
Notorious makes it so the merchants won't even speak to you, and of course the guards will try to arrest you.
Fugitive is kill on sight and nobody will speak to you. Only way to pay off a bounty at this stage is through a fence.
