I have a hard time playing amy non sorcerer character. I just made my first necro and while I love that there are criminal acts in the skill lines, I dont find any of the skills particularly exciting. I am disappointed that the summons are only temporary - I'm a big fan of my normal clannfear or matriarch!

I can find good and fun things in the playstyles of all classes, but I think my personal favourite would be the Warden. I'm just a really big sucker for anything animal-related and I love to have the bear accompany me on my adventures - even though I know that she sometimes blocks stuff for others with her big butt (yes, my bear is female), but we're working on that and try to avoid it whenever possible.
This poor little Bosmer stealth passive had passionate friends and a big loving family!

In another universe I'd go either warden or necro cuz those are the themes I like the most, but really don't love the asthetic on those classes. Ice doesn't fit with plants, and I hate the look of neon ropes from netches/that one necro skill.

I never used to go for the pally archytype, but the stendarr theme is super lore friendly and the playstyle is awesome. Puncturing sweeps is the best skill in the game.

Nightblade, nothing comes close to it.

No other class feels as tactile in PvE, and while it's in the worst spot ever in PvP at the minute, it has always been the most fun.

If it could get a bit more identity back that would be great. Meant to be highest single-target damage but it's in the bottom half for both mag and Stam.

Nightblade because its my main but all classes are cool.
Necro probably has the coolest effects and animations.
Dk is probably my least favorite , too many ground stomp ability animations that make your character look likes its constipated

Biased poll is biased. No math class? No physics? Really?

Serious answer tho... Templar has an edge because of current meta favoring them, Necro was heavily dislike by lots. No surprises. What surprised me was how close the other 4 are! Pretty cool.

And my answer changes with time. Been playing NBs mostly for past 6 months to a year, but I have 3 of each class, except necros with 2. Sorcs are a lot of fun too.

I can't get into playing a DK, even though they're the top DPS class at the moment. And Necros are so clunky to play it ruins any fun that could exist. Pretty evenly split between the remaining 4 with Nightblades edging it with definitely the coolest skills. They're actually fun to play in solo PvE

Necromancer is really fun for me, played Sorc before and didnt like having to double bar pets and not have a nice spammable. When Necromancer released I really liked the idea of temp pets that you only needed to put on your bar once, combined with the interesting yet buggy corpse mechanic, and it stands as my favorite.

Templar for sure. I have 3:

    1. A healer
    2. A Tank/Healer hybrid offtank.
    3. A stamplar. I need to revamp my stamplar though. I haven't touched it since they changed the way 7th legion worked.

If we're talking pure class archetype and not the buffs and nerfs over the years- stam nightblade. I like the stealthy shadowy class in general, though I no longer play NB as things stand in-game.

I'd say the one with the most fun skills for me would be Templar. Jabs, Solar Barrage, Ritual, Jesus Beam- lots of cool visuals. I'm not good at the class though, so again- I play it sometimes, but my stamplar/magplar are not my mains.

My main is a magwarden. I never thought I'd enjoy the class, but here we are, and it's my favorite. The Winter' Embrace skills are a lot of fun to use, and I love the on-demand major expedition from wings (not to mention the passive minor berserk!). Something about the class just clicks for me in a way that it hasn't on any other class. I'm decent enough at stam/mag NB and stam/mag Templar, but I find the rotations really stressful and have never gotten the hang of the timing of Purifying/Power of the Light or Grim Focus, so I find myself watching those timers too closely and missing them or setting them up badly results in a much bigger DPS loss than screwing up Shalks on a warden... which I don't have an issue with in the first place.

I used to be a Dragonknight like you.

Then I took a dark crystal in the knee.
Sorcerer is my favorite class :) It's mostly the appeal of magic and ranged combat. The abilities are rewarding and fun to use in combat. Dark crystal is a reference to the Sorcerer's ability: Crystal Shard & morphs.

I'm first and foremost a Templar player, since day 2 and half  Also, I really like Sorcerer and Dragonknight too fairly equally, and I like Nightblade a bit less. But I don't play stamina, pretty much only magicka.

OTOH, I'm an anti-Necromancer on principle, but also on mechanics too, I find them extremely gimmicky... and I dislike the fact that they have a "pay to access" buff that no other classes have, which makes them very much a MUST on high tier end-game content... that was a very shady move.

I also don't like Wardens either, they stole half of my class' kit on Morrowind launch and I can't forgive them for that :p

    YES! This so much this.

I would like to see all the classes dissembled and only "skill lines"
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
